Description: Agent Garcia and fellow officers attempted to apprehend a man who had murdered two children. The suspect barricaded himself in an outhouse. The suspect fired several shots, killing Agent Garcia. Officers returned fire, striking the suspect several times. Officer Octavino Perea was also fatally shot in this incident. Dynamite was placed under the outhouse and the suspect was killed.
