Description: Officer Gavin was killed when his cruiser was struck by a vehicle being pursued by other officers. The suspect's vehicle struck Officer Gavin's cruiser, and landed on top of it. The police cruiser burst into flames with Officer Gavin still inside. Officer Gavin was transported to a local hospital where he died the next day.
