Description: Deputy Grubbs, along with Sheriff Arthur Voight, went to the Fehinger farm to apprehend a tenant who had shot the owner. Grubs reached in the backseat to retrieve a 12 gauge shot gun. The gun discharged, hitting Grubbs under the right shoulder. He died shortly after arriving at the hospital.
