Description: Officer Goto was killed when his police motorcycle was struck head-on by another vehicle that had swerved to avoid debris in the roadway. This caused a chain-reaction accident involving more than five vehicles including five motorcycle officers. Officer Goto was seriously injured and transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Two other officers were seriously injured and a 10-year-old girl was killed in this accident.
