Description: Police Officer Green was fatally stabbed after arresting a robbery suspect. While processing the suspect, the suspect escaped from his handcuffs and stabbed Officer Green twice with a concealed knife. Officer Green was transported to a local hospital where he died. The suspect fled the scene in Officer Green's patrol vehicle. After a pursuit and an exchange of gunfire with law enforcement officers, the suspect was fatally shot. A second officer was also wounded but survived.
