Description: Deputy Graham was struck and killed while attempting to arrest an emotionally disturbed man. Deputy Graham was struggling to get the handcuffs on the suspect when a concerned citizen came to his aid. As the three men struggled, they fell into the westbound lane of the roadway and were all struck by a semi truck. Deputy Graham, the suspect, and the third man were killed instantly.
