Description: Sergeant Grabeck responded to burglary in progress call at the AYO Packing company and attempted to place the suspect under arrest. A citizen, unaware of the situation, walked in. The burglar took advantage of the diversion and fatally shot Sergeant Grabeck five times. Officer Wojtusik shot the suspect twice, wounding him. The suspect was found guilty of murder and executed eight years later.
