Description: Detective Gouldman responded to a fire in the downtown business center of Lynchburg, VA. After the fire was out, Detective Gouldman and five other firefighters entered into the building to assess the damage and ensure the fire was extinguished. While inside the building, the ceiling collapsed killing Detective Gouldman and the other firefighters.
