Description: Master Police Officer Harris was critically injured in a motorcycle crash on April 11, 2017. Officer Harris was on his way to assist another officer at the scene of a burglary when he struck a vehicle that was making a left turn in front of his department-issued motorcycle. He was transported to the hospital and succumbed to his injuries two days later. The other driver was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
