Description: Police Officer Hartfield was shot and killed, while in an off-duty capacity, as he acted in response to an active shooter at a concert in Las Vegas, Nevada. Officer Hartfield attempted to assist some of the casualties of the shooting when he was fatally struck by gunfire. The gunman later committed suicide.
