Description: While on patrol, Deputy Holland noticed that a local school teacher had his weapon drawn on fellow Deputy Sheriff Weldon. Deputy Holland rushed to the scene and attempted to disarm the suspect. Deputy Holland was fatally shot in the chest as he attempted to disarm the suspect.
