Description: Corporal Hill was shot in the head by a suspect during a hostage situation. The suspect was holding several people hostage in a residence. When the suspect emerged with a gun to the head of a hostage, he was shot by officers. The suspect returned fire, fatally striking Corporal Hill in the head. Officer Andrew Chelchowski was also wounded in the incident. The suspect, who was an escaped felon high on crack cocaine and PCP, was killed by law enforcement officers.
