Description: Master Deputy Heber suffered a fatal heart attack after responding to a home alarm earlier in the day. Deputy Heber discovered a burst water pipe that flooded the residence garage and home. Deputy Heber turned off the main water valve and removed furniture and wet carpeting from the residence before closing the call. Deputy Heber collapsed from a heart attack later that evening while off duty.
