Description: Corporal Harvey died in an automobile accident while responding to a call of a fight in progress. Corporal Harvey was traveling northbound when a drunk driver in the southbound lane attempted to make a left turn in front of Corporal Harvey's vehicle. The driver struck Corporal Harvey's patrol vehicle, causing it to burst into flames. Corporal Harvey died at the scene of the crash. The driver was charged with intoxicated manslaughter.
