Description: Trooper Holcomb and Trooper Joshua Risner were killed in an automobile accident in Gallia, Ohio. A preliminary investigation revealed that the Ohio State cruiser was traveling eastbound during rainy conditions when it spun around 180 degrees, crossed the median and hit a truck. Both vehicles burst into flames trapping both Trooper Holcomb and Trooper Risner inside.
