Description: Police Officer Hall was shot and killed, while off-duty, as he attempted to take a suspect into custody for firing a weapon. Officer Hall was a patron at a local nightclub when a disturbance occurred outside the club involving gunfire. Officer Hall identified himself as a police officer and ordered the suspect to drop the gun. The suspect refused which led to an exchange of gunfire between the suspect and Officer Hall. Officer Hall was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. The suspect died at the scene.
