Description: Deputy Humphus and Deputy Elbert Watkins went to serve papers on a man that had walked out of a mental hospital. A struggle ensued and the suspect was able to gain control of Deputy Humphus' gun. Both Deputy Humphus and Deputy Watkins were shot to death with the deputy's own gun. The suspect was apprehended and charged with two counts of capital murder.
