Description: Police Officer Hudson was shot as he attempted to stop a robbery in progress. Officer Hudson was on patrol when he observed a broken window and went to investigate. Officer Hudson located two robbers who were attempting to open a safe. Officer Hudson informed the suspects they were under arrest and a gun battle ensued. Officer Hudson was shot in the torso and was transported to the hospital where he died later that evening.
