Description: Deputy Marshal Hotsinpiller was shot and killed while serving an arrest warrant in Elkins, West Virginia. Deputy Hotsinpiller and fellow law enforcement officers entered the suspect??®s residence to serve a drug-related warrant when the suspect opened fire. The suspect shot and struck three deputies. The deputies were transported to a nearby hospital where Deputy Hotsinpiller died during surgery. The suspect was shot and killed by law enforcement officers.
