Description: Lieutenant Holcomb was struck and killed by a school bus while directing traffic during school dismissal. While directing traffic near Oxford High School, a school bus driver lost control of the bus and struck Lieutenant Holcomb. He was airlifted to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
