Description: Sergeant Hall and his partner responded to a burglar alarm in the downtown area which turned out to be a false alarm. Sergeant Hall and his partner returned to the department to attend a meeting. While sitting in the meeting, Sergeant Hall began to have chest pains. He was transported to a local hospital where he had a massive heart attack. Sergeant Hall died approximately one hour after he was admitted to the hospital.
