Description: Officer Hobson was en route to answer a domestic disturbance call when a vehicle abruptly turned in front of his patrol car. Officer Hobson swerved to avoid a collision, went off of the roadway and crashed into a light pole. Officer Hobson was fatally injured in the single-car accident and was pronounced dead at the scene.
