Description: Deputy Sheriff Heup was killed when his motorcycle crashed into the back of a horse-drawn buggy as he attempted to stop a speeding motorist. Deputy Heup was thrown from the motorcycle and sustained a fractured skull. Deputy Heup died at the scene.
