Description: Deputy Hart died from injuries he received after arresting a suspect for DUI. Deputy Hart had arrested the suspect and was booking him at the station when the suspect severely beat Deputy Hart. Deputy Hart was transported to a local hospital with severe internal bleeding. He remained in the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries approximately three weeks later.
