Description: Traffic Officer Humburg collapsed after arresting a drunk driver. The suspect was belligerent and resisted arrest. Officer Humburg scuffled with the suspect and placed him under arrest. Officer Humburg complained of feeling ill and collapsed. Officer Humburg died of a heart attack before reaching the hospital.
