Description: Patrolman Hail collapsed after a foot pursuit of several male students who were in the female dormitory. After the pursuit, Patrolman Hail was conducting a subsequent investigation at the dorm when he collapsed. Patrolman Hail was transported to the hospital where he died of a heart attack shortly after.
