Description: Deputy Sheriff Hanrahan suffered a fatal heart attack shortly after physically subduing a struggling suspect with another deputy. The second deputy noted that Deputy Hanrahan looked strained. Deputy Hanrahan said he was okay and resumed patrol duty alone but sought medical attention at a physician's office. Deputy Hanrahan was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
