Description: Police Officer Hansen died of complications from an injury he sustained on June 1, 2011 while attempting to arrest an unruly suspect. Officer Hansen injured his shoulder which required surgery. While Officer Hansen recovered from the surgery, a blood clot developed and traveled to his lungs and caused his death on March 8, 2014.
