Description: Chief of Police Hart was stabbed when he responded to a disturbance call at the train depot. A suspect was interfering with the workers and preventing them from doing their jobs. Chief Hart took the suspect by the arm and told him to step aside. The suspect pulled a knife and stabbed Chief Hart in the neck. Chief Hart died at the scene. The suspect was arrested.
