Description: Deputy Sheriff Hart was killed in an automobile crash when his patrol car was struck head-on by an oncoming vehicle. Deputy Hart was traveling south when another vehicle crossed the center line at a high rate of speed and struck his patrol car. Three teenagers were killed and one survived the crash.
