Description: Deputy Sheriff Hartwig died of a heart attack after his tour of duty ended. During his shift, Deputy Hartwig had been engaged in a high-speed vehicle pursuit of a suspect with emergency lights and sirens activated. Deputy Hartwig was found unresponsive in his home several hours after his shift had ended and was pronounced dead at the scene.
