Description: Corporal Harwood was shot while making a traffic stop. During the stop, one of the occupants in the vehicle opened fire, fatally wounding Corporal Harwood. Corporal Harwood was transported to a local hospital where he died of his injuries. The suspect surrendered to law enforcement authorities.
