Description: Police Officer Hauswirth was shot by a robbery suspect when he responded to a cry for help. Officer Hauswirth, although shot in the groin, returned fire and wounded the suspect. Officer Hauswirth was transported to the hospital where he died two days later. The suspect was arrested.
