Description: Policeman Hicks was beaten and shot to death while attempting to take two males into custody. Two juveniles, age 15, were arrested. The first juvenile was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison. The second juvenile was found guilty of second degree murder and sentenced to twenty years.
