Description: Captain Harris was patrolling the prison yard on his horse when the horse became uncontrollable and threw Captain Harris into the side of a building. Captain Harris suffered severe head injuries and a broken neck. He was transported to DeQuincy Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
