Description: Police Officer Holder was shot and killed while engaged in a foot pursuit of an armed suspect. Officer Holder and his partners responded to a report of gunfire. The suspect fled the scene after stealing a bicycle at gunpoint. Officers engaged in a foot pursuit and located the suspect, who opened fire on the officers. Gunfire was exchanged by all parties and Officer Holder was struck in the head. Officer Holder was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.
