Description: Deputy Sheriff Hopkins collapsed after he stopped a vehicle that matched the description of a car involved in an armed bank robbery earlier that day. Deputy Hopkins approached the vehicle with his gun drawn and ordered the five occupants to exit. After they complied and were determined not to be the robbery suspects, Deputy Hopkins collapsed. Deputy Hopkins was transported to the hospital where he died of a heart attack.
