Description: Officer Harper and his partner was in pursuit of a speeding motorist when another vehicle operated by a drunk driver made a left turn into the path of their patrol car. Officer Harper died several hours later at the hospital. The driver of the car that turned into their path was charged with DWI and second degree murder.
