Description: Sergeant Hunt was shot after responding to an alarm at a bank. Sergeant Hunt apprehended four suspects who were fleeing from the scene. As Sergeant Hunt frisked the suspects for weapons, one of suspects pulled a gun and shot Sergeant Hunt in the left eye. Sergeant Hunt was transported to the hospital where he died. His assailant was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
