Description: Deputy Sheriff Hendrickson was shot when he and Undersheriff Jones went to a residence to serve a warrant on two suspects wanted for stealing cattle. Deputy Hendrickson was shot in the chest and died at the scene. The suspects fled. Undersheriff Jones was also shot but survived his injuries.
