Description: Police Officer Halcomb was shot by a sniper who had wounded five other officers. The sniper, who was under the influence of PCP, had barricaded himself in his apartment and began shooting at everyone below. Officer Halcomb died at the scene. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to life plus 60 years in prison.
