Description: Constable Howard died of a heart attack after serving an outstanding warrant and arresting a suspect. Constable Howard restrained the struggling suspect during the arrest and radioed for assistance. While waiting for back-up, Constable Howard went into cardiac arrest. He was transported to the hospital where he died shortly after arrival.
