Description: Patrolman Higgins died when his motorcycle crashed into the rear of an automobile at the junction of Newton street and Framingham road, in Southboro. Patrolman Higgins was thrown over the handlebars and struck his head against the automobile. Patrolman Higgins sustained a severe fracture of the skull and died before medical aid could be rendered.
