Description: Officer Hissong chased and captured a suspect for investigation of vandalism and intoxication at the Ramada Inn on East Shaw Avenue. When other officers arrived, they found Officer Hissong unconscious and lying on top of the suspect near the hotel swimming pool. Officer Hissong was pronounced dead two hours later from a massive heart attack.
