Description: Marshal Harris responded to a disturbance call. After arresting the suspect, Marshal Harris was escorting the suspect to the town hall when the suspect started to resist. During the scuffle, the suspect drew a revolver and shot Marshal Harris in the chest. Marshal Harris died at the scene.
