Description: Captain Haddock was struck and killed while deploying spike-sticks. Captain Haddock responded to assist fellow law enforcement officers with a high speed pursuit of two burglary suspects. Captain Haddock was deploying the spike-sticks when he was struck and killed by the suspects evading police. Captain Haddock was pronounced dead at the scene. The two suspects crashed into a nearby ditch after striking Captain Haddock and were arrested.
