Description: Trooper Hutchison was shot in an exchange of gunfire with a suspect. Trooper Hutchison radioed for help while in pursuit of the suspect. When the suspect stopped his vehicle he pulled a gun and fired at Trooper Hutchison, who returned fire and killed the suspect. Trooper Hutchison was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
