Description: When the alarms sounded that a prison fight among the inmates had occurred, Correctional Officer Henkel immediately started to run to the scene. On her way, she experienced shortness of breath, which exacerbated into an asthma attack, and then a heart attack and cardiac arrest. She died a week later after being removed from life support.
