Description: Sergeant Hendrick broke up an altercation between two inmates at Marion Correctional Institution in Lowell. While he was escorting one of the inmates back to the housing unit, the inmate started fighting Sergeant Hendrick, striking him several times and then throwing him against a wall. The inmate jumped on Sergeant Hendrick as he fell, causing a massive heart attack.
