Description: Trooper Hall was killed when his patrol car was struck during a traffic stop. Trooper Hall had stopped a vehicle for an infraction and was seated in his patrol car writing a summons when the patrol car was struck by a passing vehicle. Trooper Hall was trapped inside the vehicle for 45 minutes. He was transported to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
